This week, the most popular activity was mandala painting. Children enjoyed mixing primary colors

to create secondary colors for their beautiful mandala paintings.

A few of the children tried painting multiple times, and they got better and better each time they did

such as usage of colors and painted within the black lines.

Cup weaving and string art are also getting popular these days as they have academic lessons in the morning

children tend to work on creative activities during Montessori time✨

According to the photos, this week, Loom weaving, Bead weaving, Cup weaving, String art, Making bracelets

with small beads were done by the children.

 

今週、最も人気のあったアクティビティは、マンダラペインティングでした

子どもたちは、三原色を混ぜて新しい色を作り、美しいマンダラを描くことを楽しんでいました。

何人かの子どもたちは、何度も繰り返しペインティングに挑戦していました。

回数を重ねるごとに、色の使い方が上手になったり、黒い線の内側を意識して塗れるようになったりと、

少しずつ上達していく様子が見られました。

最近では、カップ編みやストリングアートも人気が高まっています。午前中には調べ学習など夏休みならではの

勉強をしているため、モンテッソーリの時間は、創作活動に取り組むことが多くなっています。

写真からも分かるように、今週は、織り機を使った織物、ビーズ編み、カップ編み、ストリングアート、

小さなビーズを使ったブレスレット作りなど、さまざまな創作活動に子どもたちが取り組みました。
