『救急救命研修』が行われました。
“Emergency life-saving training” was held.
【研修内容】救急車が到着するまでの心肺蘇生及びAEDの使用方法の習得
【Training content】 Learning how to use CPR and AED until ambulance arrives
・保育の安全にとって必要な事：①怪我、事故など・②災害(地震、火事)・③不審者
· Necessary things for childcare safety: ① injury, accident etc ② disaster (earthquake, fire)
③ suspicious individual
※今回は①を学習する

・保育施設等で起きる年齢別の事故ケース：0、1歳児の睡眠時が非常に多い
· Accident case by age caused by childcare facility etc: 0, 1 year old child sleeps quite often
呼吸停止による死亡が多い。死ぬリスクは誰にでもあるがそれをいかに予防できるか

・どこに気を付けなければならないか

緊張した保育(呼吸が止まるかもしれない…等)が常で、最悪な状況は0ではないことを認識する

・心停止は心臓が全く動かない状態ではない。
Cardiac arrest is not a state in which the heart does not move at all.
・AEDを使っている間も心臓を動かし続けることが大事
· It is important to keep the heart moving while using AED(Automated External Defibrillator)
・成人の場合は胸骨圧迫で充分な場合があるが、子どもの場合は人工呼吸が必要
Chest compressions may be adequate in adults,
but artificial respiration is necessary for children
・その他：誤嚥事故
· Others: aspiration accident
*対処方法は後ろから突き上げるように背中を叩く。掃除機の使用はおすすめしない

*子どもの場合は胸骨圧迫してつまりが取れても骨折している恐れがあるため119番通報する
